About Safari Solutions:

We are a HR consulting firm specializing in on demand (outsource) recruiting services.  Generally, we work with companies without HR departments.  Our recruitment specialists utilize a well-executed hiring process to help small to mid-size companies with their hiring initiatives.  By providing recruiting expertise and a defined hiring process, we help companies improve hiring results!

Why work with Safari Solutions:

Candidates never pay a fee if hired by one of our client companies.  Our client companies pay for our services.  And, unlike traditional recruiters and staffing agencies, our fee is not contingent upon a successful placement.  We are engaged to facilitate the hiring process and provide independent, objective feedback to our clients about their top candidates.

Since we are advocates for both our clients and their candidates, we will not coach you on the “right answers” or try and sell you on a position that isn’t right.  Our goal is to ensure that there is a long-term mutual fit for you and our client.

Our defined hiring process keeps you informed as to where you stand in the process and what the next step will be.  You can also be assured that your resume will not fall into the “black hole.”  In addition, a Safari Solutions consultant is available to answer any questions you have about active positions.

Although our client search projects are customized, generally the following steps will take place if you apply for an opportunity on our career site.

How to Apply:

Step 1:  Review our client’s current openings by clicking on the “See Job Opportunities” at the top or bottom of this page. 

Step 2:  Identify a position that interests you and apply directly through our career site.  You will receive an auto-response email confirming receipt.  Given that we keep separate electronic files for each position, if there is more than one opportunity that you are interested in, please apply for each.

Step 3: Candidates who meet the initial qualifications for the position applied for will generally be contacted via email within 2 business days from receipt of your information.   Our email communication consists of a questionnaire asking for additional information.  Please reply promptly to these questions via e-mail and attach an additional copy of your resume.  Upon review of your response, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your information.  (Please make sure your email software will accept correspondence from Safari Solutions.)

Step 4:  Candidates that are considered for further review will generally be contacted within 2 weeks for a phone interview with a Safari Solutions recruitment specialist. 

Step 5:  If there is mutual interest in the opportunity, candidates will be scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager at the client company.  Second and third stage interviews may also be scheduled depending on the needs of our clients.

Step 6:  Further information may be requested from top candidates including skills testing, background checks, reference checks, and drug tests.

Step 7:  Once a final decision has been made by the client company, all candidates who were not selected and who completed a questionnaire will be notified via email that the position has been filled.
